Why We Built This Site
New Mexico gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Luna County uses several different custodians. The District Court Clerk handles District Court case records such as divorce, felony, civil, domestic relations, and contested probate disputes. Luna County Magistrate Court and Deming Municipal Court handle many lower-level criminal, DWI, traffic, and ordinance matters. The County Clerk handles recorded documents, marriage licenses, county records, Board minutes, elections, and ex-officio Probate Court clerk duties. The Sheriff and Detention Center manage separate law-enforcement and custody records.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing Luna County or New Mexico government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point visitors to the right office, but the document has to come from that office.
